Asilomar staff can arrange outdoor barbecues, premium meals, cocktail parties, theme parties, dances, ranger-led walks, campfire talks, sporting tournaments and other social events. All conference guests are on the American plan, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the room rate. The three course, fixed-menu, home-style meals are served family-style in the 650-seat Crocker Dining Complex. Breakfast: 7:30 a.m.-9 a.m.; Lunch: Noon–1p.m.; Dinner: 6 p.m.–7p.m.
