China Delight is located at the Crossroads Shopping Center in Carmel, CA -Hwy 1 South. The restaurant has been located behind the Rio Grill for 15 years.
We offer foods from all regions of China, and specialize in fresh ingredients, made with an American flair. Come in and ask for our fresh steamed whole fish (fresh Monterey Cod), steamed with ginger and scallions. We can add anything you need to help you with your special diets (less salts, sugars...and we absolutely do not use MSG in our food preparation).
