Classic Catering is family owned and operated and has been catering professionally in Monterey for 10 years.  We are very proud to be considered a quality, well-respected catering organization by our guests, vendors and competitors alike.  Our reputation and growth have come from a result of our attention to detail, quality gourmet food, and friendly, professional service.  Our Executive Chef Dean has been in Monterey County all his life, starting at the Sardine Factory many moons ago to being the General Manager of Clint Eastwood’s Mission Ranch Restaurant just prior to starting Classic Catering with his wife, Debbie.
