The distinctive American Grill features the freshest local produce, sustainable seafood and oak-broiled steaks. Wood-roasted specialties, such as Steinbeck's Duck and Colorado Lamb Chops, are prepared in the exhibition kitchen using our Italian wood-burning oven.
