Executive Chef Hector Berumen, has created an impressive and extensive menu of American cuisine. May we suggest some of what have become, our "signature dishes"? Let's start with the Rueben egg roll appetizer. In the mood for soup? How about a hot bowl of our baked French onion soup. Like salads? We recommend the Francis Whitaker Blacksmith salad. If you're looking for a great sandwich, try either the pastrami or corned beef. Both are shipped in from New York. Are you a ribs fan? 'Cause we've got great ribs, in both full and half racks. And for dessert, you must leave room for the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dream!
